1. General
• This is the most recent Terms of Service agreement as of May 14th, 2020.
• If you do not wish to accept all the terms of service for this website then please do not install any apps built by North Ranch Apps.
• Any further changes modify and replace all former agreements.
• Any install made with North Ranch Apps agrees to all these Terms & Conditions.
• If any of these terms as listed are broken by the customer, all purchases made by customer will become null and void resulting in termination of customer's subscription.
2. Service
• Schedule Discounts works as an all encompassing promotional and discount assistant tool. The merchant can create a promotional messaging banner, select product or variant, set a discount and schedule this all encompassing promotion to run seamlessly and end at your desired schedule, reverting your product or variant back to it's price of origination.
• You hereby acknowledge you are the merchant that owns the store that you are installing the Schedule Discounts to and that you agree to the monthly, recurring subscription fee for use.
• You understand and acknowledge that by installing and using Schedule Discounts, that it will in no way harm your store, customers or products list, and is intended to better assist the store merchant with day to day tasks.
• A bug in the app does not mean a refund will be issued. If you notice a bug, please email us immediately at support@northranchapps.com so we can remedy the issue.
• Termination of Subscription - When a customer electively cancels a subscription and or requests a North Ranch Apps agent to cancel a subscription, that subscription and service associated with subscription is immediately terminated upon notice of cancellation/termination.
3. Payment
• You agree that upon installing Schedule Discounts, that you the merchant will receive a 14 day (trial period) and after the trial period has commenced, a $4.99 monthly, recurring fee will be applied to your use of service. you understand and agree what you are subscribing to and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, Credit Card, Or any Financial Institution.
• Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, claim, unauthorized transaction or chargeback, we grant the right, if necessary, to raise a complaint with Shopify and file a legal dispute against your Shopify store.
• No Partial or Full Refunds will be issued for service interruption (routine maintenance periods.)

• If delivery of our service is not started within 1 minute after install, please notify us at support@northranchapps.com to further investiage.
• If you have not un-installed Schedule Discounts before the 14 day trial period has ended, no refund will be issued for that billing cycle as that subscription is now considered 'Active.'
6. Usage
• By installing any North Ranch App, you hereby agree that you are the store owner of the the store you are installing our apps to.
7. Copyright
• You will in no way copy any programming, text or images used on the Schedule Discounts app or website.
8. Liabilities
• North Ranch Apps is in no way liable for any negative outcome experienced by your store, as we are a solutions-based application developers, and in no way harmful to your store experience.
10. Disclaimer
• North Ranch Apps will not be responsible for any damages experienced by your store.
11. Change Of Terms
• This Terms Of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by North Ranch Apps is required upon your continued use of our applications. All information above applies to all services we offer.
